4Arrows is inviting unemployed youth to apply for Apprenticeship Programme 2024 / 2025.
Apprenticeship Application Ending Date: 30 September 2024
Placement: Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa
Required Trades:
- Diesel Mechanics or Earth Moving Equipment Mechanics
- Millwrights
- Auto Electricians
- Boilermakers
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with all safety regulations set out in the mine’s policies.
- Work actively towards achieving required goals.
- Assist Artisans with breakdown maintenance and planned maintenance.
- Conduct fault finding and requisition necessary parts.
- Complete job cards and follow up on breakdowns.
- Ensure tidiness and good housekeeping of work areas.
Minimum Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate.
- N2 Engineering (four subjects) with relevant trade theory.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Medically fit and able to pass a medical exam as required by the designated mines.
Knowledge & Competencies:
- Fully bilingual.
- Results-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic problem-solving and self-management skills.
