Requirements by Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC)
Applicants should hold Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in:
- Business Management or Commerce or Accounting or Law
- A candidate must have at least Corporate Law or Entrepreneurial Law or Commercial Law or any equivalent subject from at least 2nd year Level
- Knowledge of the Business Rescue regime will be an added advantage
- Research as a subject will be an added advantage

- Qualifications and SA citizenship checks will be conducted on the successful candidate
