We’re looking for curious minds and ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Programme for 2026. It’s a trip designed to enkindle your eventuality and empower you to make a continuing impact.

As South Africa’s largest JSE- listed Real Estate Investment Trust( REIT), Growthpoint owns and manages a diversified portfolio of over 490 high- quality commercial, retail, and artificial parcels across South Africa, Australia, and Eastern Europe. What to Anticipate

  • An 11- month experience that offers real liabilities, poignant systems, and nonstop literacy across South Africa’s commanding property portfolio
  • Valuable exposure to different brigades, surroundings, and operations in out- point locales. These gests , when they arise, are a great way to broaden your perspective and consolidate your understanding of the property assiduity

Reporting director

Throughout your trip, you’ll be supported by an senior director who’ll give direction, feedback and mentorship to help you grow, learn and thrive in your part.

Who should apply?

This programme is designed for curious minds and ambitious graduates ready to learn, grow, and make their mark. All you need is passion, eventuality, and the drive to thrive. We’ll help you make the rest.

We welcome graduates with qualifications aligned to the property and erected terrain sectors, including:

  • Built Environment and Engineering: Degrees in Construction, Property Studies, Quantity Surveying, Building Science, and Civil or Electrical Engineering.
  • Information Technology: IT-related degrees with majors in Data Science, Informatics, AI, Robotics, or Computer Science.
  • Management Sciences: Degrees in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related BCom qualifications that support careers in HR
  • Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG): Qualifications that support sustainability, Environmental Science or Social Impact Strategy
  • Legal: Law graduates interested in Corporate Legal Functions, Compliance, and Governance (excluding those pursuing attorney admission).
