Job Description
We’re seeking a motivated and detail- acquainted force Chain Intern to join our platoon. This externship offers hands- on experience in colorful areas of force chain operation, including procurement, logistics, force operation, demand planning, and supplier relations. You’ll support diurnal operations and help with ongoing systems aimed at perfecting effectiveness and reducing costs.
Crucial Liabilities
- Help in monitoring and assaying force situations, stock movements, and loss requirements.
- Support the procurement platoon in supplier communication, order placement, and tracking deliveries.
- Collect and dissect data to help ameliorate soothsaying delicacy and demand planning.
- Unite with logistics brigades to coordinate shipments, optimize delivery routes, and manage storehouse operations.
- Help develop and maintain force chain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Share in cross-functional meetings and design work related to process enhancement and cost savings.
- Support compliance with company programs and nonsupervisory conditions.
- Contribute to attestation of processes and standard operating procedures( bribes).
Conditions
- Presently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or affiliated field.
- Strong logical and problem- working chops.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel( pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.); knowledge of ERP systems( e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication chops.
- Capability to work singly and collaboratively in a fast- paced terrain.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational chops.
