Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent
- Must be a South African citizen
- Between the periods of 18 and 34
- Must be aligned to the EE demand of the Programme
- Must be available and married to work full time for 12 months
- Individual should have an avaricious interest in the Transport and Logistics assiduity
- Must be jobless
- Mustn’t be enrolled in any academic studies for 2024 or be studying during the Programme
- Mustn’t have shared in the YES Programme before with any company
- Must have a law 08 motorists License
Crucial Liabilities
- Be committed to a 12 month YES Programme which will comprise of 25 modules of theoretical and practical factors
- All modules will be completed on the YES Platform and a portfolio of substantiation to be completed and submitted upon completion of the Programme

- Be professional within BIL’s commercial terrain, i.e. appearance, geste and communication
