The Danone Ascend Graduate Development Program is designed to address the Chops and Talent Needs for the future within functions that are vital in our Strategic direction. The program aims to develop the coming generation of Danoners through a 24- month structured development program.
General liabilities
- Share in cross-functional reels every 3 – 6 months.
- Support functional and strategic systems within each department.
- Analyse data and contribute to process advancements.
- Unite with brigades to break real business challenges.
- Attend training sessions and development shops.
- Present literacy and recommendations to elderly operation.
Function-Specific liabilities
1. Production & Operations
- Lift in diurnal product planning and prosecution.
- Examiner outfit performance and product KPIs
- Support nonstop enhancement enterprise ( e.g., spare manufacturing).
2. Marketing
- Support brand juggernauts and product launches
- Conduct request exploration and consumer perceptivity analysis
- Help with trade marketing and retail activation strategies.
3. Finance & Accounting
- Help with budgeting, cost analysis, and fiscal reporting
- Support pricing strategies and profitability assessments
- Share in check-ups and compliance reviews.
