Background
The Moses Kotane Research Institute( MKR) is commanded to stimulate a sustainable parochial frugality through exploration, development and invention; and to strategically lead in invention and maritime collaboration and perpetration conditioning to respond to the requirements of the parochial frugality.
In order to fulfil its accreditation, the Institution is looking to appoint 600 jobless KZN graduates( between the periods of – 35 times) who are South African Citizens, to collect data for exploration purposes across the colorful quarter cosmopolises within the KwaZulu- Natal. Preference will be given to aspirants abiding in KwaZulu- Natal.
Conditions
The ideal seeker must be in:
- Possession of NQF6- 8 Qualification in any field
- A Valid driver’s License
- Computer knowledge
- Own Mobile device (working smart phone)
- Complete in English and IsiZulu
- An NQF8 qualification, Capability to drive singly and former experience in data collection and use of data collection tools will be added as an advantage.
Essential Knowledge, Chops and Capabilities needed:
The successful seeker must have:
- Strong communication chops – capability to engage effectively with repliers and explain check questions easily
- Attention to detail – icing delicacy in recording and capturing data
- Time operation – capability to meet deadlines and manage assigned tasks efficiently
- Ethical conduct – maintaining confidentiality and following exploration protocols
- Cooperation – capability to work collaboratively with other data collectors and administrators.
Key Liabilities
The successful seeker will be needed to:
- Conduct Field Data Collection – Visit assigned locales within specified quarter cosmopolises to gather accurate exploration data.
- Administer checks and Questionnaires – Engage repliers using structured interview tools, icing clarity and thickness
- In responses.
- Record and Capture Data – Directly document information collected in paper- grounded or digital formats.
- Ensure Data Quality – corroborate and cross-check collected data for absoluteness and delicacy.
- Cleave to Ethical norms – Maintain confidentiality and gain informed concurrence from repliers in line with exploration protocols.
- Follow Project Guidelines – Work according to the specified data collection plan, timelines, and instructions from the exploration platoon.
- Report Progress – give regular updates on data collection conditioning to administrators.
- Maintain Professional Conduct – Represent MKRI professionally when interacting with community members and stakeholders.
