This internal program offers 36 months of structured, hands-on training across various technical fields.

Minimum Entry Criteria:
- A completed Matric certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science
- An N3 qualification in the relevant trade theory
- Solid verbal and written communication abilities
What’s expected from Applicants?
- Willingness to sign a three-year apprenticeship contract, which includes terminating any current agreements with Aberdare
- Ability to attend phase training in Pinetown at personal expense
- Upon successful completion of the trade test, candidates may be considered for artisan roles within Aberdare, depending on vacancies
