Kouga Municipality: External vacancies in various Department (Internship)

Placement: Kouga Municipal area, South Africa

With monthly stipends of R4,000 and a focus on skills development, these 12–18 month programmes are ideal for youth eager to gain real-world experience.

(Preference will be given to applicants permanently residing within the Kouga Municipal jurisdiction)

Requirements:

  • Computer literate.
  • Must be between the age of 18 – 35 years.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in at least two of the official languages in Kouga municipality (Afrikaans, English and Xhosa).

The intern will sign an internship agreement in addition to an employment contract.  The effect of the agreement is to ensure commitment to the programme which requires, amongst others, full participation in the education and workplace assignments and observance of policies and procedures
