Role Purpose:
To effectively deliver engaging learning experiences that enable individuals, teams, and business performance.
Minimum Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year experience in learning facilitation or tutoring (preferred).
- Exposure to the insurance or financial services environment (preferred).
- A degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field.
- Matric or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and numeracy.
- Ability to plan, organize, and understand people.
- Knowledge of skills development, adult learning principles, learning lifecycle, and business processes.
- Understanding of the insurance industry and its regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Internal Process:
- Deliver learning events and interventions aligned to business needs.
- Take ownership of the entire learning experience to ensure active engagement and achievement of learning goals.
- Provide feedback on learning events and engage with stakeholders to stay updated on subject matter.
- Adapt facilitation methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Communicate logistics and requirements for smooth execution of learning interventions.
- Gather evaluations and feedback to compile relevant reports.
- Maintain accurate records and administer assessments to determine learner competence.
- Identify post-learning initiatives to embed and enhance learning.
Client:
- Provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships.
- Deliver on service level agreements to manage client expectations effectively.
- Recommend improvements for client service and ensure fair treatment.
- Contribute to a culture of rewarding relationships, feedback, and exceptional service.
People:
- Develop productive relationships with peers and stakeholders to influence change positively.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry standards and legislation.
- Share and implement innovative ideas to enhance learning experiences.

Finance:
