Purpose
The Fraser Alexander Graduate Programme aims to provide recent graduates with advanced workplace learning in their specialized disciplines.
Programme Overview
Civil Engineering Graduate
As a Civil Engineering Graduate, you will gain exposure to:
- Tailings dam design, construction, and operating requirements.
- Understanding the implementation of the Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management (GISM) on various Fraser Alexander sites.
- Technical reporting, presentations, and participation in technical meetings on tailings management.
- Plant structures and civil works, including design aspects.
Industrial Engineering Graduate
As an Industrial Engineering Graduate, you will gain exposure to:
- Tailings dam design, construction, and operating requirements.
- Understanding the implementation of GISM on various Fraser Alexander sites.
- Technical reporting, presentations, and participation in technical meetings on tailings management.
- Plant structures and civil works, including design aspects.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Civil Engineering: BSc / Bachelor’s Degree / BTech in Civil Engineering.
- Industrial Engineering: BSc / Honor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
General Requirements:
- Must be medically fit.
- Must be unemployed.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Candidates must not have participated in a similar Graduate Programme previously.
