Job Purpose
- To give support within Chops Planning & Research Division
Role Context
- Function within the Chops Planning & Research Division working with data capturing and control
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Data landing
- Maintain and modernize AgriSETA’s database to enable effective data reclamation
- Apply Quality Control measures to insure the validity of data
- Give daily data reports to the Assistant Manager
- Recoup reports from the Management Information System Indicium) and shoot to applicable stakeholders for payment purposes.
- Prepare and submit SETMIS reports quarterly
- Prepare reports requested by DHET and operation for review by the Assistant Manager
- Prepare and submit performance information reports for operation review
- Give data trend analysis from AgriSETA’s database
- Maintain proved evidence of captured information
- Corroborate, enroll and authorise learner information relating to colorful literacy programmes within AgriSETA, inclusive of hook-ups and other stakeholders
Operation of Data
- Collect data on request
- Maintain colorful data sets
Administration
- Help with introductory administration tasks
- Maintain executive process within the division
Announcement HOC
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Assistant Manager Reporting.

Qualifications and Experience
- N6 / Diploma/ Equivalent Qualifications in Office Admin / Office Management or any other relevant qualifications.

- Advanced Administrative skills
- Accuracy
- Team player
