Minimal Conditions

To qualify for this externship occasion, aspirants must meet the following criteria

  • Have a Grade 12 certificate (NQF Level 4)

Hold a National Diploma or Degree in:

  • Human Resource Management
  • Public Management
  • Public Administration
  • Labour Relations Management
  • Or an equivalent qualification at NQF Level 6 or 7
  • Be unemployed and seeking hands-on work experience
  • Submit all required documentation as specified in the advert
  • Local residents must attach the Preferred Employment Opportunity Form, signed by a Ward Councillor, applicable to posts below Task Grade 13

NB: Interns will earn a stipend of R60,000 per annum, paid monthly.

Crucial Liabilities

During the externship, named campaigners will help the Human Resource platoon with day- to- day functions, including:

  • HR administration and form
  • Assisting with reclamation and selection processes
  • Supporting labour relations and correctional procedures
  • Maintaining hand records
  • Participating in external HR policy perpetration
  • Assisting with hand heartiness and performance operation programmes
  • This experience will help actors make strong professional and communication chops while understanding HR operations in a government environment.

Step 3 Prepare Your Supporting Documents
