Synopsis

Job Description
The IDC offers plant exposure through an externship programme for a period of 24- months. Our programme aims to give a customised, structured, and supervised plant experience. This allows good youth to gain precious work experience, explore career paths, networking openings and mentoring through educated professionals.
The IDC externship programme is a 24- month fixed- term contract that provides plant experience sustained by a precisely designed training program customized to allow one to gain precious work experience, explore career paths, networking with professionals in the plant while earning a pay-check.
Objects (Crucial Performance Areas)
- To develop a gift channel of professed individualities for the colorful business areas within the Corporation and colorful sectors to address the severance rate in the country.
- To produce openings for jobless graduates with the needed qualifications to develop capabilities for employability.
- To grant graduates an occasion to network with professionals and learn about the different career paths that are available in the Corporation.
- To help graduates apply knowledge acquired from institutions of advanced literacy to a real- life work terrain.
We’re thus inviting operations for an externship programme which will run for a period of 24 months. Interns will be placed nationally within the IDC (Mpumalanga Regional Office).
Qualification and Experience
Aspirants must be suitable to satisfy these introductory eligibility conditions to apply for the internship:
- Aspirants must be South African Citizens
- Aspirants must be lower than 35 times of age.
- Effective English jotting and verbal communication chops
- Not be studying at any other institution.
- Aspirant mustn’t be registered or have been on any Learnership or externship Programme
- All aspirants must have a completed Qualification.
Aspirants must be in possession of any qualification of the following fields
- B.Com Accounting/ Financial Management( Specialising in Management Accounting)
- Campaigners will be needed to suffer the faculty- grounded interviews.
- The following checks will be conducted, Felonious Record checks, verification of educational qualification and evidence of South African citizenship.
- Successful campaigners will be needed to subscribe a 24- month fixed term employment contract.
