The Ngwathe Municipality Traffic Trainee Learnership is a comprehensive programme combining theoretical training with practical experience participants will:

  • Retain a valid code B driver’s licence( homemade transmission; learner’s licences aren’t accepted). 
  •  Give a SAPS concurrence  instrument( no felonious record). 
  • Submit  evidence of a medical examination  attesting physical and  internal fitness.
  • Permanently  live within Ngwathe Municipality’s  governance( Parys, Vredefort, Heilbron, Koppies, or Edenville). 

Additional Conditions:

Successful campaigners must:

  •  Pass a written assessment and interview. 
  • Maintain high physical fitness, with ongoing assessments during training. 
  • Cleave to the Ngwathe Municipality’s law of Conduct. 
  • Undergo training in the Arm and Ammunitions Act. 
  • Be  set to wear a livery, work shifts, and operate in all rainfall conditions.
