Minimum Required Qualification:
- Boilermaker– required qualification subjects: N2 Mathematics, N2 Engineering Science, N2 Plating Structural Steel Drawings, N2 Platers Trade Theory OR
- National Certificate Vocational(NCV) Level 4 Electrical infrastructure construction (Electrical and Instrumentation) or Engineering and related design (all other trades) with at least 40% for all subjects OR
- Grade 12 – Mathematics, Physical Science, Drawings(engineering graphic design) relevant trade theory- with at least 40% for all subjects

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates an understanding of the programme objectives and associated tasks. Complete all modules of the development programme within the specified timeframe. Escalate queries and concerns associated with the programme and completion thereof where required.
- Adhere to all legal and safety requirements. Conduct all work according to the required standard, specifications, and training. Attend SHE meetings as and when required. Ensure that the prescribed safety equipment is worn and/ or used. Recognize hazardous situations that have an impact on all jobs and participate in “on the job” risk assessment. - Compile developmental progress reports for progress discussion with the relevant stakeholder. Report all inconsistencies and obstacles. Report and communicate ideas and recommendations.

- Actively support and meaningfully participate in the execution of the segment specific organizational development plan. This support manifest in the targeted shift in culture as described by a valid culture assessment.
