Business Administration Internship Programme
Key Responsibilities:
- BEE certificate follow up and submission for non-Coupa suppliers (e.g. Properties, Tapestry, etc.)
- Supply to TFG mailbox coordination
- Reviewing on incoming mail and directing it to appropriate recipients
- Requesting additional information from suppliers when relevant
- Creating and maintaining referenceable list of enquiring suppliers
- Administrative support to Head of NMP and Strategic Sourcing
- Scheduling meetings / NMP calendar coordination
- Stakeholder follow up and information gathering
- Taking and preparing minutes of meetings
- Preparing documentation (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) for reporting and initiative execution
- Internet-based research and information summary preparation
- Data preparation and cleansing based on requirements
- Spreadsheet-based data preparation and presentation (e.g. Summaries, pivot tables, charting)
- SAP, Coupa and BEE123 Data gathering and clarification/investigation
- Additional responsibility will be allocated based on progress
Qualifications and Experience:
- BCom, Business Management, Supply Chain, Procurement or Business Analysis related degree or diploma
- Admin experience would be advantageous
Skills:
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is necessary.
- To demonstrate innovative, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good service-orientation, interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Good attention to detail and levels of accuracy.
- Proven ability in multi-tasking and managing several deliverables at once.

The procurement team source non-merchandise goods for TFG all under one umbrella, ensuring group efficiency and best standards in quality and supplier negotiation. The team is responsible for the procurement of multiple categories within TFG.
