The PPB COO Graduate Internship Programme offers ambitious graduates the opportunity to gain meaningful, hands‑on experience within one of Absa’s most dynamic and strategically critical functions. This programme is designed to provide structured, on‑the‑job experiential learning while contributing to real business outcomes across the Personal and Private Banking Chief Operating Office (PPB COO).

Qualifications
A completed NQF Level 7 qualification or higher in one of the following fields:
- Forensic Science & Technology / Criminology
- Risk Management
- BCom General
- Mathematics / Applied Mathematics
- Data Analytics / Data Science
- Strategy / Strategic Management
- BCom Informatics
- Project Management
- Business Analysis
Work Experience
- Previous work experience will be advantageous but is not mandatory
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
