- Mercedes-Benz South Africa (MBSA) is offering a unique development opportunity for recently qualified graduates, who desire to be an integral part of the MBSA talent pool.

What are the criteria?
- Grade 12 – Matric
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification, with a minimum average pass mark 65%
- The requirement is to have a completed qualification
Qualifications
Who can apply?
- Candidates who have recently graduated within the last 3 years
- A South African Citizen
Recently qualified graduates, (with a Diploma (NQF L6)/Degree or Advanced Diploma (NQFL7) or relevant equivalent Tertiary qualification), in the following career streams:
- Information Technology or Computer Sciences
- Accounting or Financial Management
- Business Studies (Marketing and Sales related)
- Business Management (Business Processes/ Project Management/ Business Administration/ Banking / Cost & Management / Customs / Tax)
- Logistics Management
- Data Science, Analytics and Informatics
- Social Sciences and Business Management (Processes, Policy and Governance, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Sociology, Diversity studies)
- LLB (1-year post admission experience)
