Position ideal:
The purpose of the client Service Centre Agent part is to give frontline support and service to SANRAL guests by responding to queries, processing deals, issuing eTags, and educating guests about tolling products and services.
The part is essential in icing positive client experience, maintaining service quality norms, and supporting the effective operation of the client Service Centre. client Service Centre Agent play a crucial part in easing risk compliance, resolving issues timeously, and upholding SANRAL’s commitment to service excellence.
Minimal Conditions:
- NQF Level 5 Higher Certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, Customer Care, Call Centre Management, Retail Management, Office Administration or any other discipline
- Three (3) years’ experience in customer-facing environment.
(Where applicable, a seeker must produce an sanctioned SAQA evaluation evidence of their transnational qualification.)
Specialized Capabilities
- Familiarity with client Center related software, CRM systems, and VoIP platforms is essential.
- Capability to effectively operate client service – related systems and digital tools, including data entry, dispatch communication, online doors, and standard office operations.
- In- depth understanding of SANRAL products and services( client mobility accounts, payment options, tone- service channels), including processes for enrollment , billing, and disagreement resolution to effectively describe them to guests.
- Clear, terse and compassionate communication, thus conveying information effectively over the phone and in- person.
- Time operation.
- Problem working capacities.

Key Liabilities
Client Service
- Insure a positive experience for all guests interacting with the client Centre.
- Maintain a positive, compassionate, and professional station toward guests at all times.
- Respond instantly to client inquiries.
- Help guests with the SANRAL mobile app, icing smooth and helpful stoner experience.
- Give support to road druggies with queries related to Account- Grounded Ticketing( ABT).
- Deliver a high standard of service to road druggies, aligned with the client Satisfaction Scorecard marks.
- Communicating with guests through colorful channels.
Client Account Registration
- Produce new client accounts and prisoner needed data and maintain similar data.
- Insure that all information needed for registering accounts is directly captured, whether it’s participated verbally, in jotting, or through other means.
- Conservation of client database.
Client Complaints and Problem working
- Handle grueling client relations with confidence and professionalism, working to resolve enterprises and overcome expostulations effectively.
- Stay alert to implicit pitfalls within the service outlet and report any enterprises to the Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Flag and escalate any issues that could impact SANRAL’s public character.
The contestant is also needed to manage fiscal administration by maintaining strict compliance with cash- handling procedures and coordinating fiscal deals at the end of each shift. Reporting forms part of the essential functions of the part.
Employment Reference Checks
Employment reference checks are a demand as part of SANRAL’s reclamation and selection process. In order for SANRAL to conduct these checks a concurrence form needs to be completed and inked by the aspirant. As an aspirant of this position, you authorize SANRAL to reuse all the information handed for the purpose of your operation for the position as well as the verification and record keeping of similar credentials.
