About the Trainee Programme
This structured, three-year training programme is fully accredited by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). It’s designed to help you qualify as a CA(SA) while gaining practical experience in the asset management industry.
What you’ll gain:

You are eligible if you:
- Have completed or are completing your Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA) by end of 2025
- Are eligible to write the Initial Assessment of Competence (IAC) in January 2026
- Are a South African citizen
- Are currently unemployed
- Are self-motivated, driven, and ready to work in a high-performance environment
