What’s a Learnership?

A Learnership is a structured programme that provides an occasion for you to gain theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the plant. Our Learnership programme will enable you to gain a NQF 4 position qualification in Long- term insurance which is INSETA recognised. Being a part of our Learnerships opens you up to career paths similar as Pension Fund Administrator, Client Service Administrator, Service Adviser etc. Although completion of the Learnership doesn’t guarantee full time employment, it allows inestimable experience for you to protest- start your career! Should you be successful, you’ll be employed for a period of twelve (12) months, with a monthly pay-check.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Progressed between 18 and 25 years (including turning 25 in 2026).
  • Suitable to speak, read and write English.
  • Passed Matric with:
  • English
  • Maths (Pure maths or Maths Literacy) or Accounting aspirants cannot be committed to another learnership at time of operation or have shared in a learnership ahead.
  • Operations that don’t have an ID and Matric results attached won’t be considered.

Duties & Liabilities

Internal Process

  • Take power of all customer service processes and requests icing that it’s resolved timeously and effectively.
  • Give applicable information and attestation as requested, in line with applicable guidelines.
  • Cleave to all applicable legislative/ compliance conditions.

Customer

  • Figure and maintain connections with guests and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver on service position agreements made with guests and internal and external stakeholders to insure that customer prospects are managed.
