Job Description
The Global Supply Chain Learner is a crucial support part responsible for generating accurate and timely operation information ( MI) reports. These reports cover Health, Safety, and Quality performance, data entry conditioning, and general force Chain criteria . The learner will also play an active part in applicable meetings to insure flawless communication and collaboration across departments.
A significant part of the part involves coordinating product changes within the Supply Chain. This includes managing the F2103 process for New Product preface( NPI), engaging with third- party( 3P) manufacturers, and collating data for updates in the bp Global Database. The contestant will work nearly with colorful internal brigades and external mates, including the Blendcor Joint Venture( JV) and UnicoTec, to give continual support to manufacturing operation and help meet service position agreements.
Crucial Liabilities
- Quality Performance Tracking Examiner supplier quality performance, recordnon-conformities in the indigenous supplier complaints system, and track client complaints via the global eQMS database.
- Manufacturer Monitoring Oversee the product quality performance of third- party manufacturers and update periodic MI reports.
- Meeting Coordination Capture twinkles and induce quality performance reports from engagements between Castrol and its 3P suppliers.
- Quality compliances Track and record manufacturing Quality Observation exchanges( QOC’s) against global performance marks.
- Lab Correlation Program Coordinate theInter-laboratory Correlation Programme( ILCP) by collating and reporting test results from actors in the region.
- F2103/ NPI Process Coordinate and track the effective prosecution of the F2103 process related to New Product preface and product changes between technology, marketing, and manufacturing brigades.
- Client Samples Admit and distribute client samples to applicable manufacturers for complaint examinations and track the progress of Root Beget Analysis( RCA).
- Compliance & check-ups Track inspection findings and follow up with third- party manufacturers to insure check of linked issues.
Qualifications & Chops
- A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a affiliated field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication chops in English.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office operations, especially Excel.
- Strong logical thinking and independent problem- working capacities.
- Detail- acquainted with excellent organizational chops.
- Strong interpersonal chops with the capability to make connections snappily.
