Amagema Development Consultants CC, in cooperation with the Independent Development Trust (IDT) and the National Skills Fund (NSF), is offering an instigative learnership occasion for 2025. This programme provides jobless individualities with the chance to make a career in the construction assiduity while gaining a nationally honored qualification.
The programme will equip successful campaigners with both theoretical knowledge and practical training in the construction sector.
Qualification: National Certificate in Building and Civil Construction
Level: NQF Level 03
Duration: 12 months
Minimal Conditions
Aspirants must meet the following criteria to be considered:
- Education Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical knowledge OR a Construction SETA- issued instrument at NQF Level 02.
- Residency Must be a occupant of Umgeni Local Municipality( evidence of address needed).
- Employment Status Must be jobless and available for the full 12- month learnership.
- Commitment amenability to commit for the entire duration of the programme.
Inclusivity Targets Preference will be given to:
- At least 55% youth aspirants.
- At least 60% women aspirants.
- People living with disabilities ( evidence of disability must be handed).

- A detailed CV.
- A certified dupe of your Grade 12 instrument or original qualification.
- A certified dupe of your South African ID.
- Evidence of disability ( if applicable).

Selection Process
- Only shortlisted campaigners will be communicated.
