Job Purpose
To help the Division Disaster Management with various executive and logistical tasks similar as aiding in functional conditioning i.e. responding to incidents disasters, collecting Disaster Management reports, coordinating stakeholder engagements; perpetration of Disaster threat Reduction enterprise; liaising with Disaster Management part- players regarding Disaster Management issues i.e. incidents, early advising etc; perpetration of training and mindfulness enterprise and the provision of general executive support.
Conditions:
National Diploma or Degree in:
- Disaster Management, Public Administration, Office Administration or a applicable qualification
- Certified copy of academic records with results distance must accompany the operation
- Valid code B Driver’s licence
- Computer knowledge( MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Civilians( minimum demand is the capability to use Google Earth)
- Excellent communication and written chops in at least two of the three sanctioned languages of the Western Cape
- Physically fit
- Capability to work in tempestuous rainfall conditions
All- inclusive periodic payment: R 75,600.00
