Our customer Excellence Graduate Programme is designed to prepare you for long- term success. During the 23 months contract, you’ll be placed in either our customer Services or Attestations  platoon where your professional growth will be nourished and supported by  educated professionals.

Duties and liabilities:

Customer Services  

Customer Services is the voice and heart of the  particular investments business,  icing every commerce with investors,  counsels, and walk- in  guests reflects Coronation’s commitment to exceptional service. The  platoon builds trust by resolving queries, guiding  guests through product options, and maintaining accurate data, all of which contribute to long- term  customer satisfaction and  fidelity.  

  • Respond to calls, emails, and walk- in queries. 
  • Handle unit trust,  withdrawal, and life product enquiries. 
  • Give product and investment  word to  guests and  counsels. 
  • Support  guests using Coronation Online Services. 
  • Resolve complaints within agreed timelines. 
  • Liaise with  counsels, LISPs, and Third- Party directors.
  • Maintain accurate customer and  counsel records. 
  • Manage FICA, FAIS, and static customer data compliance. 
  • Log service issues and escalate where demanded. 
  • Meet call, dispatch, and service position targets. 
  • Use the workflow system to manage and track queries. 
  • Resolve general service- related queries. 

Attestations  

The Attestations  platoon safeguards the integrity of our  customer data and investment deals. By icing compliance with  fiscal sector regulations and business controls, this  platoon plays a  crucial  part in reducing  threat, maintaining nonsupervisory  norms, and  icing that our  guests’ investments are reused directly and on time.  

  • Validate deals for  withdrawal and unit trust products. 
  • Process  counsel  operations and check licensing. 
  • Confirm  named deals with  guests telephonically. 
  • Insure compliance with FICA, FAIS, and Regulation 28. 
  • Work with internal  brigades to resolve complex cases. 
  • Process investments directly and on time. 
  • Maintain digital records of all  customer documents. 
  • Update  customer and  counsel data on the workflow system. 
  • Resolve  confirmation and compliance queries.     

Ideal Experience:

  • This is a graduate  occasion,  former working experience isn’t  needed 

Ideal Qualifications:

  • A completed bachelorette’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business  Science, Economics, Law, Investment  Operation or other Commerce related fields, is  needed
