Job Description
Crucial performance areas include but aren’t limited to:
- Report to the test office previous to each test session
- Keep test papers and accoutrements secured at all times
- insure that test venues are set out to standard
- Admit scholars into test venues
- Identify, seat and instruct scholars in the conduct of their examinations
- Distribute test papers and accoutrements to scholars and to deal with seeker queries
- Numeracy needed.
Operation
Criteria Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12, with any other qualification attained from any SAQA- accredited institution
- Experience as an Invigilator at the Vaal University of Technology would be considered first
- Age demand of between 25 – 60 times old
- Unemployed graduates
- Not presently registered or lately graduated scholars at VUT( at least within two times). Chops
- Accurate and attention to detail
- Flexible approach to work
- Capability to relate to staff and scholars
- Capability to work under pressure
- An understanding of examinations processes
- Effective oral/ spoken communication chops
- Report jotting chops
- Good numeracy chops.
Due Date: 11 August 2025
Operations should include:
1. A completely completed prescribed operation form which can be attained from www.vut.ac.za 2. A detailed curriculum vitae ( explicitly stating experience or knowledge in the abovementioned fields).
3. Pukka clones of all instruments degrees.
4. Pukka dupe of ID.
5. Current contact information of arbiters.
6. Please telegraph operations to invigilation@vut.ac.za and quote the post reference and post description in the subject line.
7. No primer operations will be accepted. Deficient operations or operations without the operation form and needed documents will be disregarded.
8. Only operations made on our operation for employment form would be considered.
9. Communication will be entered into with short- listed campaigners only. If you don’t hear from VUT within 3 months, suppose your operation as unprofitable.
