P1 & P2 Experiential Training Opportunities
This practical training programme is designed for students who need to complete their P1 and P2 workplace exposure to obtain a National Diploma.

- Metallurgy
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- National Diploma (S4) in relevant discipline
- Must submit proof of residence (preference given to local communities near Glencore Coal SA operations)
- Must meet Employment Equity targets
- Willingness to undergo assessments and interviews
Programme Details
- Duration: 12 months
- Purpose: Provide experiential learning required to complete National Diploma qualifications
- Stipend: Monthly stipend provided
