The Metal Fan Engineering Apprenticeship Programme is designed to equip aspiring artisans with practical training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world engineering challenges. Through partnerships with trade schools and internal engineering teams, the programme aims to develop participants into qualified artisans in high-demand sectors such as manufacturing, construction, and energy.
No prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for motivated individuals ready to kickstart their technical careers.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / N3–N2
- Or N4–N6
- Completed NCV Level 4 (accepted)
Stipend
- R6,000 per month
