Purpose Statement

To provide an efficient and effective query resolution service to clients, 3rd parties and branches relating to Capitec Bank’s handed over and debt review clients

Experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience, ideally in a banking/administration/retail administration environment

Ideal:

  • Capitec Bank experience
  • Exposure to an environment of client service excellence

Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate

Preference

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration

Knowledge

Minimum Requirements:

  • General office systems  and administration practices
  • Client service standards and principles
  • National Credit Act (NCA)
  • The business environment in the context of service providers.
  • Estates Act

Ideal:

  • Capitec Bank’ service environment

Skills

  • Communications Skills
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Business writing skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Administration Skills
