Purpose Statement
To provide an efficient and effective query resolution service to clients, 3rd parties and branches relating to Capitec Bank’s handed over and debt review clients
Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience, ideally in a banking/administration/retail administration environment
Ideal:
- Capitec Bank experience
- Exposure to an environment of client service excellence
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate
Preference
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration
Knowledge
Minimum Requirements:
- General office systems and administration practices
- Client service standards and principles
- National Credit Act (NCA)
- The business environment in the context of service providers.
- Estates Act
Ideal:
- Capitec Bank’ service environment
Skills
- Communications Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
