Programme Overview
This full-time graduate programme provides an excellent opportunity for young professionals to develop their skills through real-world projects, mentorship, and structured learning. Successful candidates will:
- Engage in hands-on work with products and systems in real-world scenarios.
- Participate in classroom-based learning and utilize an online Learning Management System.
- Interact with industry experts for guidance and mentorship.
- Develop both technical and soft skills necessary for professional growth.
To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s, BTech, or BCom degree in one of the following fields:
- Finance
- Accounting
- Human Resources
- Supply Chain Management
- Occupational Health & Safety
- Marketing & Communication
- Be a recent graduate who has completed their studies within the past 1–2 years and is currently unemployed.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and a strong desire to learn.
