The position involves providing fast and efficient PC and user support, covering areas like user account/mail administration, coordination of computer equipment repairs, and servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Skills, Experience & Education:
- Grade 12 Certificate with relevant industry qualifications
- A+ and N+ certification (minimum)
- Strong technical skills in:
- Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office
- Networking, Security, and Printers
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English
- Good telephone manner and experience in call handling (inbound/outbound)
- Ability to multi-task with a Can-Do attitude, flexibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and a team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Experience in a Managed Services and 3rd Party Cloud Solution environment is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license required
