Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages is offering a 12-month internship for 2 deserving graduates to gain industry exposure and practical knowledge. The position involves providing fast and efficient PC and user support, covering areas like user account/mail administration, coordination of computer equipment repairs, and servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills, Experience & Education:

  • Grade 12 Certificate with relevant industry qualifications
  • A+ and N+ certification (minimum)
  • Strong technical skills in:
  • Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office
  • Networking, Security, and Printers
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English
  • Good telephone manner and experience in call handling (inbound/outbound)
  • Ability to multi-task with a Can-Do attitude, flexibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused and a team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Experience in a Managed Services and 3rd Party Cloud Solution environment is advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license required
