Invitation from Tsolo Agriculture and Rural Development Institute (TARDI) for applications from fourteen (14) TVET learners who have successfully completed their N6 theoretical studies to participate in an 18-month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme, funded by the Health and Welfare SETA (HWSETA).
Qualifications
Preference will be given to applicants with the following qualifications (final allocation may be adjusted):
- Financial Management (3)
- Management Assistant (2)
- Public Management (2)
- Business Administration (2)
- Information Technology (3)
- Human Resources (2)
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must be between 17–34 years of age at the start of the WIL placement.
- Preference will be given to candidates without prior work experience or those who have not previously completed an 18-month WIL programme.
- Selection will be guided by equity considerations in line with funder policy, with special preference for persons living with disabilities.
Placement:
- Placements will be at TARDI or with collaborative partners within or outside the Eastern Cape Province, at TARDI’s discretion.
NB: “If you are unable to be placed outside your current location, please do not apply, as this is non-negotiable.”
Induction:
For all successful candidates (regardless of placement province) will be conducted by TARDI. Details will be communicated upon acceptance.
Selection Process:
Depending on the number of applications received, interviews may be conducted.
Interviews may include a written online assessment and/or virtual interview, scheduled for:
- 20–21 November 2025 (times to be confirmed).
