- Completed N4 – N6 certificates in the relevant field
- Must be unemployed and not previously placed in a WIL/in-service training programme
- No age restrictions
- Priority will be given to applicants currently volunteering (a dated and stamped confirmation letter from the host company is required)

- South African ID (certification not older than 6 months)
