Purpose of the Role
This program aims to provide youth with professional, efficient, and effective operational and technical functions within various business areas. Participants will engage in a structured learning program designed to enhance their skills and experience in the workplace.
Requirements:
- Matric 50% or above in Maths and English
- TVET N3 and above
- South African Citizen
- 18-35 of age

Main Activities
- Execute tasks as per role requirements and provide support to management regarding maintenance and hygiene issues.
- Comply with company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Assist in operational execution support and perform administrative duties as required.
- Support exceptional task performance and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.
- Engage in continuous learning and development initiatives.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of general hygiene practices.
- A desire for continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Focus on service excellence and customer relations.
