Job Description
· Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner.
· Greet clients/suppliers/visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
· Sort incoming mail and courier deliveries.
· Track stationery as per stock list, obtain quote from supplier and request purchase order to be raised and sent to supplier.
· Track and purchase office supplies (groceries & water) as per stock list, ensuring basic supplies are always available.
· Make travel, meeting and other arrangements for staff as required – ensure appropriate invoices have been handed over to the finance department for processing. Submit accrual list to finance for outstanding invoices and ensure travel log is updated.
· Courier – assist with gaining a quote, getting approval and booking collections of courier to and from Head Office.
· Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment.
Requirements
· Grade 12
· Diploma of 3 years / NQF level 6 in Office Administration or similar.
· Must be a recent graduate,
· MS Office (including Word, Excel and Power Point).
· Driver’s license & own vehicle preferred.
· Candidate must have zero work experience to qualify for this internship,
