The programme is offered in partnership with the Wholesale and Retail SETA (W&RSETA) and aims to help graduates gain valuable workplace experience in the retail and supply chain sector.

About the Programme

The SPAR Graduate Placement Programme is designed to assist unemployed graduates in transitioning from academic study into the professional workplace. Many graduates struggle to secure employment due to a lack of practical work experience.

Through this programme, participants will gain hands-on exposure to the retail environment, helping them develop the skills required to build successful careers in the retail, logistics, and business sectors.
