In this role you will be responsible for:
- Ensure environmental legal compliance by conducting weekly site audits, preparing detailed compliance reports, and accurately capturing data in the Isometrix system.
- Assist in environmental incident investigations,
- Promote environmental awareness
- Maintain and update environmental risk assessments and risk registers.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and company policies.

Glencore’s customers are industrial consumers, such as those in the automotive, steel, power generation, battery manufacturing and oil sectors. We also provide financing, logistics and other services to producers and consumers of commodities.
About you:
- Environmental management diploma/degree or similar
- Valid driver license
- Medically fit to work in high-risk areas
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Ability to function independently, good interpersonal skills, proficient communication skills in English
- Performance / achievement driven, accurate and timeous completion of assignments (result driven)
