What you’ll be doing?
This is a 12- month internship where you’ll do cool effects like
- Learn new technology. Over then we use pall platforms and AI technology – and we’ll show you how to get into it too.
- Work in cooperative brigades. We’ve a bunch of smart people, who’ll educate you a thing or two. You’ll work in cross-functional brigades to design, develop and apply AI results that address crucial business challenges.
- Develop AI systems. You’ll take part in the full lifecycle of AI design development, from original conception and data collection to model training, evaluation and deployment. You’ll also develop and maintain scalable and effective AI systems using a variety of programming languages and tools.
- Do exploration. You’ll stay abreast of trends by exploring new AI technologies and methodologies.
The sanctioned stuff
This is an externship, so we don’t anticipate five times of work experience (in fact, we anticipate none!). But there are a many effects we do need you to have similar as:
- A BSC Hons degree, Electronics Engineering or equivalent with Maths, Stats and Computer Science (or experience in programming) subjects and a minimum pass rate of 65%
- Second- or third-year maths and stats is preferred
- You must be a South African citizen
- The ability to implement and apply key AI algorithms and techniques
- Cursory knowledge of linear regression, logistic regression, random forests, boosted trees, multilayer perceptron would be ideal

- Willing to learn, ask questions and apply what you’ve learnt
- Suitable to manage multiple systems and prioritise your tasks well
- Curious and interested in the work you do and the media assiduity in general

- Passionate about the work you do and do it to the loftiest quality norms
- Interested in using logical thinking to break problems – and that you do it in an systematized and scrupulous way
