Core Duties in the Earthmoving Equipment Apprenticeship
This field focuses on large mining machines. As an apprentice, you support crafters and learn how the machines operate. You work step by step and ameliorate your chops over time.
Your tasks include:
- Diagnosing faults on outfit
- Conducting repairs on earthmoving machines
- Completing planned conservation
- Performing major and minor services
- Reporting breakdowns to directors
- Completing diurnal and daily examination wastes
- Ordering reserves when demanded
- Monitoring outfit performance
- Supporting productivity enhancement pretensions
- Coordinating servicing of machines and factory
- Maintaining compliance with all SHEQ norms
Diurnal Duties in the Auto Electrician Apprenticeship
In this field, you support crafters who work with electrical systems on mining outfit. Your literacy takes place on the machines and through practical assessments.
Your duties include:
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
- Testing electrical systems similar as lights and warning bias
- Reading individual software and analysing fault canons
- Repairing wiring, starters, and alternators
- Recording undetermined faults for the Plant Foreman
- Ordering demanded electrical reserves
- Conducting listed electrical conservation
- Responding snappily to electrical breakdowns
- Following all needed SHEQ procedures
