These one- time programmes blend proposition with hands- on training, helping actors grow their communication capability, organisational confidence and business understanding. Both learnerships are ideal for campaigners who are motivated, married and eager to make a career in business administration, operation, client service, operations or mortal coffers.
About the Programme
The NWK Learnership Programme is designed to support jobless youth who want to enter the commercial world but need the right grounding and experience to do so. Through accredited training and real plant exposure, named learners will admit a foundation that strengthens their employability while introducing them to core business functions.
These literacy openings not only concentrate on academic progress, but also on practical performance, plant readiness and particular growth. Actors will be encouraged to develop trustability, professionalism and confidence, preparing them for unborn places within or beyond the agrarian sector.

Available Learnerships at NWK Lichtenburg
1. Generic Management
This learnership gives actors a strong preface to leadership, operations and general operation. It’s suited to individualities who enjoy working with people, working problems and contributing to systematized structures.
Theoretical Modules Include:
- Human Resources
- Operations
- Customer Relations and Business Literacy
- Finance and Business Numeracy
- General Management
Minimum Conditions
- Must be jobless
- Grade 12 instrument with at least a 60% average
- Graduates are welcome to apply
- Must presently live in the North West fiefdom
- Assessments will form part of the selection process
- Computer Applications Technology( CAT) is recommended
Chops demanded
- Strong communication and interpersonal confidence
- A client-first mind-set
- Capability to work singly and within a platoon

- Commitment to completing both theoretical and practical tasks
2. Business Administration
This programme focuses on the core rudiments of business administration, from communication to organisational development. It suits aspirants who enjoy structured tasks, office operation and problem- working.

- Basic Mathematics
- Business Communications
- Personal Effectiveness
- Principles of Administration
- Organisational Development
- Organisational Ethics
- Service Provider Management
Minimum Conditions
- Must be jobless
- Grade 12 instrument with at least a 60% average
- Graduates may also apply
- Must presently live in the North West fiefdom
- Assessments will be conducted during the selection process
- CAT is recommended
