The Roads Agency Limpopo SOC Limited was established under the Limpopo Roads Agency and Proprietary Limited and Provincial Roads Act 7 of 1998 as amended. RAL is mandated to plan, design, construct and maintain the Limpopo Provincial Road Infrastructure.
