Invitation from The Renosterberg Local Municipality for South African youths who aren’t presently working to join the Municipal Finance Management Internship Programme (MFMIP) for 2026.

About the programme
The MFMIP is a step ‑ by ‑ step training program that turns fresh university grads into people who know how a megacity’s finances work. You’ll be in the Budget and Treasury Office, where you’ll see how a megacity plans its plutocrat, keeps its accounts in order, and makes sure every expenditure follows the law. The program follows the rules in the Municipal Finance Management Act ( Act 56 of 2003). When you finish, you may be suitable to earn a qualification or credit in Municipal Finance Management, which is recognised by the government’s minimum skill norms.
Who can apply:
You need a 3 years Bachelor’s degree or a National Diploma in one of these subjects
- Accounting
- Economics
- Finance
- Risk Management
- Auditing
Or a nearly affiliated field that deals with plutocrat. You must be between 21 and 35 times old. However, you have to take part in all corridor of the externship – the classroom or online assignments, the day ‑ to ‑ day work tasks, If you’re accepted.
Shortlisted aspirants must bring their original instruments to the interview.
