The Program is designed to give you with expansive exposure to various aspects of the discipline for which you have a tertiary qualification, preparing you to take up a substantial part and grow your career in the business/ assiduity.
We borrow a comprehensive and practical approach to insure the holistic development of our graduates. As a successful seeker, you’ll follow a structured development program comprising of:
- Exposure to various aspects of your discipline and gyration across different corridor of the business.
- Development in both the specialized and behavioural aspects.
- Emphasis on practical exposure, learning from educated professionals through assignments and coaching, and attending applicable courses and shops.
To be eligible for the Graduate Development Program, you’ll meet the following minimal conditions
- Applicable Degree. (Mining Engineering)
- Outstanding academic record.
- Learning exposure, rule exposure and amenability to work as part of a platoon.
- Preference will be given to aspirants abiding in the original communities where Glencore Coal Operations South Africa are located (Nkangala District of the Mpumalanga Province – evidence of residence to be submitted with operation).
