Boshof Solar Power, in cooperation with the Artisan Training Institute( ATI), has launched a 3 years Industrial Electrician Learnership Programme aimed at empowering original youth with specialized chops, professional experience, and assiduity- recognised qualifications.
About the Learnership:
The Industrial Electrician Learnership is a structured training programme divided into three phases:
Phase 1 – Foundational theoretical training
Phase 2 – Intermediate specialized training
Phase 3 – Advanced practical training and plant experience
All training will be conducted at the Artisan Training Institute ( ATI), a leading specialized training provider in South Africa. Over the course of three times, learners will gain both theoretical knowledge and hands- on experience in artificial electrical systems, preparing them for a successful trade test upon completion.
This action demonstrates Boshof Solar Power’s commitment to developing original gift, enhancing employability, and contributing to long- term community upliftment through chops development.
Entry Conditions:
To be considered for this learnership occasion, aspirants must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualifications
- A Grade 12 certificate with Pure Mathematics and Physical Science, or
- An N2 certificate with four applicable subjects.
- Aspirants must successfully pass a medical job- fit assessment ( RFA).
- Campaigners must live in Boshof or Hertzogville within the Tokologo Local Municipality.
- Aspirants must be between 18 and 30 times old.
These entry conditions insure that the programme identifies motivated, able youth who are committed to erecting a career in the electrical field while contributing to the growth of their original communities.
