  • Respond to routine functional service and support inquiries from Visa customer institutions.
  • Give information and direction for guests regarding VisaNet Core Application Services, General Transaction Research, Billing, stoner ID and analogous queries.
  • Perform sale and process exploration to dissect implicit specialized or functional problems or issues.
  • Complete data entry in a timely and accurate manner for assigned customer institutions
