Pepkor Lifestyle (Retail Division) is looking for youthful, vibrant, and passionate graduates to join our platoon through a 12- month Graduate Programme and an 18- month TVET Work Integrated Learning experience, funded by the Wholesale & Retail SETA.

As part of one of South Africa’s largest and most reputed non-commercial and retail groups, this programme is designed to give meaningful, hands- on experience in a variety of retail surroundings. You will gain exposure to our brands, systems, and operations, while developing the professional and leadership chops demanded to make a successful career in the retail assiduity.

Minimal Conditions

We bear graduates with a Degree, Diploma OR Higher Certificate{N6} in the following qualifications:

  • Marketing Management
  • Business Management / Business Administration
  • Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
  • Digital / Marketing / Ecommerce
  • IT Project Administration / Project Management
  • IT information systems / Business information Technology
  • Graduates from TVET Colleges and HET Institution to complete the 18-month practical

Job Specification

The primary end of this occasion is to develop youthful, motivated and high performing graduates who’ll inoculate their gift into the association. The graduates will be given structured plant experience.

What the programme offers

  • A large platoon of professionals to support graduate with professional growth and give design resources.
  • Instigative career growth prospects in the plant with access to professionals who are leaders in their fields.

Crucial Liabilities (but not limited to)

  • Needed to attend all on- boarding/ induction programmes and meetings which give information about different functions of the company
  • Execute duties as needed, under the supervision of elderly workers
  • Perform exploration and document trends within the colorful functions of the company similar as for case new technology that can be enforced, stylish practices, etc.
  • Visit different locales stores in order to get hands on working experience
  • Make donations on the base of which he or she may be estimated
  • Perform fresh liabilities as requested to achieve business objects.

Aspirant conditions

  • Suitably good from accredited University/ Tertiary
  • Must be Unemployed
  • Must be a South African Citizen in possession of a valid SA ID
  • Must be under the age of 32

Campaigners will be needed to submit the following documents when they apply

  • An streamlined CV
  • Certified clones( Not aged than 3 months) of ID Copy, Certificate qualifications, paraphrase/ tertiary results
