Position Purpose

The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Trainee Programme aims to give scholars and recent graduates with practical plant experience, allowing them to apply their academic knowledge in a real- world terrain. This programme is designed to enhance actors’ employability by offering hands- on training, mentorship, and exposure to assiduity-specific tasks. The WIL trainee programme is conducted over a period of 18 months.

Position labors

  • Help in specific systems within a department or work- sluice.
  • Perform routine functional tasks under supervision.
  • Support executive functions, including attestation and reporting.

Learning & Development

  • Participate in training sessions, shops, and mentorship programs.
  • Shadow endured professionals to gain practical perceptivity.
  • Engage in problem- working conditioning to develop logical chops.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Interact with guests, suppliers, and internal brigades to understand business requirements.
  • Give regular updates on assigned tasks and design progress.
  • Serve as a central contact point for queries and backing.
  • Prepare reports and donations using MS Office tools.
  • Help in process enhancement enterprise.

Compliance & Safety

  • Follow company programs, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Insure adherence to ethical and professional norms.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.
