Position Purpose
The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Trainee Programme aims to give scholars and recent graduates with practical plant experience, allowing them to apply their academic knowledge in a real- world terrain. This programme is designed to enhance actors’ employability by offering hands- on training, mentorship, and exposure to assiduity-specific tasks. The WIL trainee programme is conducted over a period of 18 months.
Position labors
- Help in specific systems within a department or work- sluice.
- Perform routine functional tasks under supervision.
- Support executive functions, including attestation and reporting.
Learning & Development
- Participate in training sessions, shops, and mentorship programs.
- Shadow endured professionals to gain practical perceptivity.
- Engage in problem- working conditioning to develop logical chops.
Communication & Collaboration
- Interact with guests, suppliers, and internal brigades to understand business requirements.
- Give regular updates on assigned tasks and design progress.
- Serve as a central contact point for queries and backing.
- Prepare reports and donations using MS Office tools.
- Help in process enhancement enterprise.
Compliance & Safety
- Follow company programs, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Insure adherence to ethical and professional norms.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.
