The bow- Onderstepoort Veterinary Research (bow?? OVR) seeks to appoint a largely professed,  educated and dynamic persons in the following positions at Onderstepoort, Pretoria. 

  • Internship Bacteriology

Job Description:

  • Sample collection at abattoirs.
  • Entering and  listing of samples in the laboratory. 
  • Organizing and preparing samples.
  • Assistances in the medication of test reagents. 
  • Performs microbiological, serological and molecular assays for the discovery and identification of bacterial agents using well defined procedures. 
  • Keeps records and makes reports on assignments  entered. 

Job Conditions:

  • BSc hons in Microbiology, Animal Health or affiliated field. 
  • Background knowledge of microbiology, serology and PCR. 
  • Good interpersonal chops. 
  • A  driver’s license will be an added advantage.

Aspirants who don’t admit any response four( 4) weeks after the  due date must regard their  operations as  unprofitable. endless  movables  are subject to six( 6) months’  exploration period. The organisation reserves the right not to appoint.
