Minimal Conditions
Essential
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Willing and suitable to work retail hours
- Computer knowledgeable in Microsoft Office package( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Crucial Liabilities.
- Stock Control insure the stock on the shelves has not reached sell by dates.
- Insure full range of products are on the shelves at all times.
- Share in department stock takes, when requested.
- Keep the stockroom organised, neat and tidy.
- Report low stock situations, particulars that are out of stock, damaged stock and expired stock to operation.
- Grease the gyration of stock on a regular base and cleave to Dis- Chem stock control procedures.
- Identify and report damaged and expired incontinently to one of the store operation platoon members.
- Insure boxes are smoothed after discharging stock and taken to designated area.
- Restock wares when demanded to insure maximum deals.
Retailing:
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, retailing and displays must be maintained in both the window area and throughout the store.
- Present displays in an seductive manner.
- Demonstrate products through, makeovers, ornamental demonstrations, spot elevations or conditioning.
- Rightly price and marker all applicable goods.
- Work towards achieving deals targets for different merchandisers and brands within the Cosmetics Department.
- Cleave to stock layout principles.
- Retailing displays in the cosmetics area must be faces up and grazed up.
- Help with the lading and off- lading of stock, when demanded.
- Report all price disagreement to operation.
Client Service
- To give friendly, helpful and gracious backing and advice to all guests.
- Process payments at a Cosmetics Department Point of Deals( POS).
- Give advice to guests but don’t force guests to change their preferable brand.
- All client stock queries must be dealt with and resolved.

- Knowledge of elevations, particular selling, deals targets and client liaison knowledge.
